Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Exam

Candidates who want to give IBPS exam should check the eligibility criteria stated by IBPS.

Here is the list of qualification required :

1. Education Qualification

He/ she should have completed his graduation from any institute or University recognized by the government of India or else must have completed any other equivalent Qualification from Institutes recognized by Government of India.

Candidates must produce their graduation certificate or any other equivalent certificate when asked for an interview.

2. Nationality Qualification

He/she should be the citizen of India

He/ she can be a citizen of Nepal

He/she can also be citizen of Bhutan

If any candidate is a Tibetan refugee who can to India with the intention of permanently settling down in India but he should have migrated before 1st January 1962

Also, such candidates are allowed to fill the form who migrated to India from Pakistan , Burma , Srilanka, East African countries of Kenya , Uganda , The United Republic of Tanzania , Zambia , Malawi , Zaire , Ethiopia & Vietnam.

For non-Indian candidates, it is mandatory to get issued eligibility certificate from Government of India.

3. Age Requirements :

For candidates wishing to appear for UBPS exam their minimum age should be 20 years of their age and maximum age should be 30 years.

This clearly indicates that candidate should have been born  before  2nd July 1986 and not after 7th January 1996.

Eligibility of Bank Clerk for 2016 exam:

This year IBPS Clerk VI exam will be conducted to fill more than 19 public sectors vacancies . This job is also called as Cashier job.

Age limitation

Open category- 20-28 years

SC/ ST : ( 20-28)  +5 YEAR upper age relaxation

OBC : (20-28 ) +3 years upper age relaxation

Disabled person : (20-28 )+ 10 years upper age relaxation

Academic

Graduation or any equivalent qualification from any University or Institute recognized by Government of India.

Language

The candidate should be able to read/ write / understand the local language where they want to apply for.

Computer Knowledge

Candidate must have passed their school or higher school with a subject including computers / IT.

Apart from this candidate can also possess any certificate of computer training from any institute.

Eligibility for Bank PO jobs 2016

Candidates desiring to work as a Bank PO from the year 2017-2018 should give IBPS CWE – VI this year. Here we bring you the qualification required for this exam:

  • He/ she should have completed his graduation or any other equivalent education from the institute or university recognized by the government of India.
  • All the educational qualification should form the universities / institutes recognized by the Government of India/ should be approved by Government regulatory boards. The candidate should have passed their graduation on or before 1st august 2015.
  • Candidate should be a graduate from any University which is recognized by the Government of India. Graduation can be done in any of their desired streams. The Else candidate had passed any equivalent qualification which is recognized by the central Government of India.
  • Candidate should have legitimate mark sheet/ passing certificated stating that he/she has graduated on so-and-so date, and has obtained so many marks and percentage.
  • The origin documents and certificates received from any Board/ Universities should be produced at the time of Interview.
  • Candidates are supposed to bring out nearest decimal numbers percentage of their total marks obtained.
  • If their marks are in CGPA/ OGPA still they will have to remove the percentage of it .
  • This is applicable to all they Universities and all they different types of Universities Registered under Government of India.
  • If in case any Candidate has scored 59.99% then it will 60% , in the same way, all the fractions of percentage so obtained will be round-figured.
  • The required age limit for bank PO is minimum 20 years and the maximum is 30 years .

Language

In order to appear for this post , computer knowledge is a must for the candidates. If he has passed his school and higher schooling with having a computer as a subject then he can appear for the exam.

If not this than candidates who has done any computer course can is able to produce a certificate for same can appear for this exam.

Eligibility for IBPS bank SO exam 2016 – 2017

The post of Bank SO i.e., Specialist Officer is  for  the candidates who has a degree in the strata like LAW, CA, MBA in marketing / banking / finance or B-tech or BE.

RRB stands for Regional Rural Banks. These banks are same as other banks but are located in rural areas.
