IBPS RRB Selection Procedure 2020: Institute of Banking Personnel (IBPS) has released the selection procedure of IBPS RRB 2020 for recruitment of Group ‘A’-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group ‘B’-Office Assistant (Multipurpose) within the Regional Rural Banks. according to IBPS RRB Selection Method, consists of 3 phases – Prelims, Mains and Interview. The candidates should qualify in each stage of IBPS RRB choice procedure to be eligible for recruitment method. Candidates who had secured the qualifying marks in IBPS RRB 2020 prelims are shortlisted to appear for the mains exam. Candidates qualifying the IBPS RRB 2020 mains examination are shortlisted to appear for interview.

IBPS conducts IBPS RRB in 3 stages – prelims, mains and interview. As per IBPS RRB Selection Process 2020, a complete of 10190 vacancies are declared for the posts of Officers Scale I, II & III and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) in fifty six Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). Every candidate are needed to get a minimum score in every stage of IBPS RRB 2020 to be shortlisted for provisional recruitment. As per the IBPS RRB Selection Method, the marks obtained within the IBPS RRB 2020 prelims won’t be added for preparation of the final IBPS RRB 2020 merit list for selection. Solely the marks obtained in IBPS RRB 2020 mains, are added to the marks obtained in Interview for preparing the final merit list.

IBPS RRB Selection Procedure 2020:

IBPS prescribes the selection procedure of IBPS RRB 2020 for recruitment of Officer Scale I, II, III and Office Assistant. The examination is conducted in 3 stages in on-line mode. The first stage is the prelim that is held for the candidates who register successfully for the examination. The mains examination is held for candidates who qualify the preliminary stage. The candidates who qualify the mains examination are called for the Interview Round. Allotment of selected candidates is done on the basis of the ranks secured by candidates and fulfilling the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the authority. The post-wise and category-wise vacancies of each of the Regional Rural Banks are released by the conducting authority.

IBPS RRB 2020 Preliminary Exam Selection Procedure:

Candidates may either choose the exam in either Hindi or English.
The question paper of preliminary exam contained forty queries each from both subjects.
There are a complete of eighty queries within the test, carrying one mark every.
IBPS RRB examination was held for a period of forty five minutes.
The paper consisted of objective type queries.
Candidates are needed to qualify each the papers by securing minimum cutoff marks.
Candidates are shortlisted for the mains examination on the basis of marks secured by candidates in every class.
Vacancies accessible for Office Assistant (Multi-purpose) and Scale I Officer posts can verify the number of candidates shortlisted for the mains exam.

IBPS RRB 2020 Mains Exam Selection Procedure:

The main test of IBPS RRB 2020 for Office Assistant (Multi-purpose) and Scale I Officer posts include 5 subjects – reasoning, numerical ability, general awareness, language test (English / Hindi) and computer knowledge.
Candidates will take the test in any one of the subsequent languages – Hindi or English.
The question paper of IBPS RRB Main exam 2020 consists of two hundred queries in total from the topics mentioned within the table, carrying one mark every.
IBPS RRB mains test is held for two hours period.
The paper consists of objective type queries.

IBPS RRB 2020 Single Exam Selection Procedure:

The single level exam included 5 subjects – reasoning, quantitative ability and data interpretation, financial awareness, language test (English/Hindi) and computer data.
Candidates will take the test in either Hindi or English as per preference.
The question paper of IBPS RRB Single level exam 2020 comprised of two hundred queries.
Each question carried one mark. IBPS RRB Single level examination was held for the period of two hours.
The paper comprised objective type queries.
Additional 30 minutes was be provided to candidates of Specialist Cadre for the supplementary paper titled – professional data that comprises forty queries and is conducted for forty marks.

IBPS RRB 2020 Interview Selection Procedure:

Candidates who are shortlisted within the main examination for the post of Officers Scale I and within the single level examination for the post of Officers Scale II and III under CRP- RRB-VII can subsequently be called for an Interview to be co-ordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Bank with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with the appropriate authority. 
Interviews are conducted at select centres. 
The centre, address of the venue, time & date of Interview are informed to the shortlisted candidates within the decision letter. 
The total marks allotted for Interview are a hundred. The minimum qualifying marks / scores in interview for Officers Scale I, II and III won’t be less than 40% (35% for SC / ST/OBC/PWD candidates).
The ratio of CWE and interview are 80:20 respectively for the Officers cadre.

IBPS RRB 2020 Documents Required for Interview:

Date of birth certificate or high school mark sheet with date of birth.
Original IBPS RRB score card together with 2 xerox copies.
Mark Sheet/Certificate of class ten and twelve examination.
Certificate concerning degree/post-graduate/other examinations passed.
Passport size photographs and one ought to attached to interview call letter.
Character certificate.
SC/ST/OBC classes should bring the Caste/Community certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
Medical Certificate for physically challenged candidates.
Discharge certificate in applied beneath Ex-Servicemen.
Aadhaar Card/Passport/Pan Card/Voter Id Card /Driving License /any other photo id card issued by the statutory authorities with affixed photograph.
